It's always good when we get young Lunies joining in the Holiday Challenge! Their reindeer always get some blinking noses! Welcome to Juliette and Isabelle!

With the "stay inside and don't breathe" air quality (California wildfires), plus the rain which arrived on Thanksgiving Eve, Jule and Izzy had been cooped up inside for over a week. Serious cabin fever for two very active kids. I don't know why I didn't think to put them on the rower and bike ergs, prior to Saturday ... they pedaled and pulled their way to some pretty decent numbers, plus wore themselves out! Woot! (Izzy rowed her 2002 meters with a broken, splinted finger ... which happened on Thanksgiving, as she was misusing a chair.)

Yes Astrogazer Right again. Going out of town Thursday back Sunday. More CEUs (Continuing Ed Units)in Atlanta. I am broadening my scope of practice to include facial esthetic (botox and dermal fillers), facial pain management, and sleep apnea treatment. Seem to have yearning for learning flung on me. LOL

This will be a hard challenge to get 200,000 meters in for my pin. this will be my 9th season for a pin so I will do it!!! Taken at Atlanta....I'm on the right....wearing my frostline down coat I made from a kit back in 1978!! It's still warm!! LOL!!
