I hit a milestone yesterday morning: surpassed 1,000,000 meters! Hopefully just the first of many.

Great work PBH!! I just went over 700K (mostly all this season as that's when I started tracking regularly) and am looking forward to reaching this milestone. I like your attitude of "first of many".
Totally agree, well done PBH

I love it! I plan to test the 500M and 1K again with a higher DF so I plan to go lower - want to make it hard for you to beat me.

Not sure how much of a battle it is as Andrew is beating me in all but the 500M (for the test we both have done) but this gives me some good motivation - we can push each other.

New 1 minute WR on the skierg for age class 40-49. The 500m wr on Monday indicated there was room for improvement on the 1 min sprint as well.
Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M
1:00.0 394m 1:16.1 793 3025 62

Starting to get satisfied with my results for the shorter distances for now. The 2k is waiting to be improved :D

I have spent some time on the Ski ERG at my CF gym and when I read these results I am just in awe. For me I am way slower on the Ski ERG as opposed to the rower and the idea of pulling these kind of times seems humanly impossible - just amazing! Keep crushing the records!

Totally agree. On the few occasions I have used it I struggled to get it down to 1:52 for any amount of strokes.

I have got used to Marius and his times, but there's no doubting that they are exceptionally good, with few people being able to even come close never mind better them

Feeling really tired and sluggish recently but decided I felt okay after brisk 20 minute warm up at 2:01.7 so decided to go for a 5k PB and managed it in 18:32.8 (only about 1.5 second faster, but I'll take it).

Tried to take it nice and easy and be sensible for first 2k and then try to gradually speed up - as below. I imagine with slightly more even pacing I could go under 18:30 but who knows.

18:32.8 5,000m 1:51.2 254 1173 27 179
3:45.8 1,000m 1:52.9 243 1136 27 171
3:45.8 2,000m 1:52.9 243 1136 27 175
3:44.2 3,000m 1:52.1 248 1154 27 179
3:41.3 4,000m 1:50.6 258 1188 27 183
3:35.6 5,000m 1:47.8 279 1260 28 187

Was pretty tough at the end, and saw my HR hit 188 which I think is the highest I can remember but overall I'm quite pleased with my effort.

Good lad, well done Jimmy. Any PB is worth celebrating and 1.5 secs is a decent increase. When you're firing on all cylinders you'll surely go faster.

Thanks guys :)
@jimmyshand - Congrats on your PB. A very nice finish as well :)

Gave the 100m sprint a go on the skierg. Previous PB was 14.9.
First run. Felt the drag factor was a bit high on this one and it felt much slower than the time displayed.
Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M
0:14.7 100m 1:13.5 881 3329 69

Second run(after 4 min rest). Adjusted the drag factor down a bit and it gave a much better feel. First strokes where 1:49, 1:30, 1:13, 1:11, 1:10.
14.6 and a new PB. New max watt PB of 999w, 1 watt from 1kW :(
Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M
0:14.6 100m 1:13.0 900 3392 70

Ps have you tried to sprint on the rower lately? See if it translates a bit from your ski work.
