Some realistics goals for this season:<br><br>sub 19:00 at 5k (current PB is 19:03)<br>sub 39:00 at 10K (current PB is 19:11)<br>do my yearly marathon (that will be my 3rd)<br>become lightweight (78 kg now)<br><br>Tom<br><br><br>

My targets for this season:<br>distance sub time <br>500 1:20 <br>1000 2:55 <br>for 2k was sub 6:20 (6:25,2 last season), but since I hit that yesterday, a would like to challenge... let's say 6:15

Goals for the record year; post my 2nd million meters, get under 180 lbs., and participate in every C2 Challange.<br>I really want to work on long rows, so I'll have to work on re-arranging my work-life.<br>After that, I'll strive to learn to love >emoticons<, but don't count on it...
