What was your maximum heart rate when you were fully grown.for arguments sake let’s say 20.
If you don’t know that figure then those figures you mentioned after your heart condition don’t relate to maximum hr.
Those figures relate to an injured heart which is trying to recover back to normal.
As you get fitter your max hr tends to drop but each beat is more powerful to compensate which promotes heart rate efficiency for the work performed.
Can One Increase Maximal Heart Rate With Training?
