Great times Lindsay & Terry. Terry currently leads this month's challenge (adjusted).
Still need another 2 entries for a full complement this month.
Good to see Rolf is
still in possession of all his digits
I'm hoping to be almost over a chest infection and able to log a few more metres.

Yep. Missed zero
Indeed good times Lindsay and Terry. Only a 500m sprint left next month.

Final day March CTC entry. Lacking motivation. Tempted to bleed pace from the second rep to make it match the first but did not succumb.

Sorry folks, I failed out on the March IRL - wasn't able to get the 10k done. I simply can't sit for that long on the erg due to an unmentionable issue. I will be able to get the 500 done of course, as well as the CTC. I should be approaching the top 100 FF list soon!

Hmmm, my pre-Easter dinner CTC has been disappeared. Odd?

It's showing on there (C2CTC) now Jack. But where are the ladies? We've now got three boats waiting to go.
Chris - we still got the 8 entries to score a full team's worth for March so don't worry about it. I was certainly glad to get the 10k done. The 500m will be a good one for you I should think.
Since I've been doing the lower rate UT2 / UT1 stuff, I've been shocked how much I've lost the ability to do 2k TT pace and rate e.g. 28spm is coming as a shock - feels like I'm having to rush the recovery to get that rate... Did a 3 x 8' / r2' AT session this evening at r26 to help get back in the groove. Heaven knows how I'm going to cope with the TR and AN sessions.

Hi,
I'm Mark, a noob to rowing and most all fitness. I'm 59, which makes me 60 next birthday and I want to hit 60 a lot fitter than I am.
Is Forum Flyers a place for me? If so, how do I join, or do I just announce myself?

Welcome Mark. All you need to join is give us a brief summary of your background, contribute occasionally to this thread and throw some times at the CTC every month.
Actually I have no say in the hiring and firing process, but that would work for me!
Cheers
Dave

Welcome Mark.
It helps to tell a bit about your goals and how you are working towards those.
