Nice. It will last for ever and is a great investment. I agree with henry though - be careful as you start back in the "saddle"

up to 2:20 split it feels ok ( other then general fatigue ). below 2:20 i feel my knee a bit but its ok.
below 2:10 its starting to hurt a bit too much.

wonderful thing about the dumper - i get 110 DF with damper setting at 3... at the gym i use to get it at dumper setting 9.... oh the joy!!!

finished a first week coming back from a knee operation.
its hard finishing 2K with 2:15 pace.... :(
cant do 3K straight.. :(
recovery is hard... :(
and im not allowed anywhere near the skyerg for now :(

i think ill do the PP2K and take it super easy just to drop off the weight i gained while sitting out and have my knee and muscles more in tone.

its really frustrating.

its now 4 months from the day of my knee surgery, and its still painful.
i cant row hard and i cant row long.
wasnt even able to do straight 5K.

my doctor said that i need to be patient, give time and therapy so its course.
i have gained 4Kg in the past 4 months. i started rowing to lose weight, i dont want to regain it back. i worked hard to lose it.

its depressing. i couldnt do mad March. i love mad March challenge.
