I can imagine what that'd do to my gasping lungs!
Yay Krysta & Helen! Great to see Taff 1 in 2nd place! With times that tie and both being FH's, how does the thing choose which one of you gets in Taff 1 and which one in Taff 2??

I'm dancing with pom poms! Go Taffs & Taffettes!

But I will try again tonight and see if I can't put a new target up.
At the moment it's just dependent upon how mySQL decides to sort them (the only ordering clause currently is by result value). I'll add submission time to that, though, I think.

Had a crack at the 300m yet Paul? You should use that adrenalin rush from your victory at rugby yesterday, because it wont be around again for a long time!

Sure he'll have a pop though.

PS - I used a calculator to work that one out!

You've not been helped by injuries though have you? I think it's the Jocks we've got to worry about after their performance yesterday and I'm sure there'll be a French backlash.

I'll be having a go at the 300m later this week after I've had a bit of a rest. I've got a bit of a recovery period now - only got hour rows for the next 2 weeks

Anyway I don't need rugby to motivate me, when I've got a big 17 year old ahead of me in the rankings
