Owen<br /><br />Top 300m - that's going to take some beating by the rest of us Hwts - what drag did you use? what spm did you pull?

I'm sure you can go faster than that though! <br />5:39.3 is a slower pace than your 2K PB <br /><br />Good luck with the 300m. I might just try one myself tonight. <br />

I agree I should be able to do 1:44.5 (or better) for a mile. I'll have to try the 20' warm-up and another mile. I might vote for the mile for April when we get to choose the CTC challenge.<br /><br />I didn't attempt the 300m cold start. Just went for a 25K UT2 @25SPM HR < 155 session this morning. Really enjoyed that 101mins of no pain steady rowing.

Just checked up on the CTC website. Good show on your new 300m time, Helen Tilley! Hopefully we can have some friendly sparring for boat position this month... until Carla's feeling better, and reclaims it!
