Is the team challenge a different distance every month? What distance is it in Feb?

It was the last 8mins with HR > 180. Then the lying on the floor legs up the wall waiting for my HR to recover down to 100 after. That took much longer than usual.

This 30'R20 is the hardest thing I've done. At least a 2K is over in 7minutes.

Now I want to sleep.

Hey, where is that Aussie Taff???? I think it's wicked hot summer down there right now. Maybe he's catching some rays at the beach.

Fantastic row, Doug!
If the heart rate bothers you at the end there, take the monitor off and then you won't know how awful you feel!

I need a day off after yesterday's miserable attempt. Maybe if I get to bed by 10 tonight I won't feel like my head is a barrel full of marbles tomorrow.

I was determined to improve on my Jan 2nd effort at least once duringthe challenge, so today's attempt saw me with gritted teeth.

Last effort 7326m; today's 7383m, a 57m improvement. Nothing to shout from rooftops for, but after about 3 previous failures to improve my distance, I'm happy I've finally nailed it.

It only moves me one place up the table though. =)

CODE

Time Split Total Split Split Avg Power
(s) Time Dist Dist Pace Pace (Watts) SPM SPI HR
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
300 300 1253 1253 1:59.71 1:59.71 204.01 20 10.2 157
600 300 2486 1233 2:01.65 2:00.68 194.39 20 9.7 163
900 300 3704 1218 2:03.15 2:01.49 187.39 20 9.4 166
1200 300 4929 1225 2:02.45 2:01.73 190.63 20 9.5 167
1500 300 6145 1216 2:03.36 2:02.05 186.46 20 9.3 169
1800 300 7380 1235 2:01.46 2:01.95 195.34 20 9.8 173

How did you feel towards the end Daren?
What's your MaxHR by the way?

My MaxHR is currently 201bpm (hit that during a 2K race in Abergavenny in December) and I managed to get my HR up to 194bpm during my 30mins r20 set. Hit this during my final 6mins when I was averaging 1:58.3 (felt like I was going to die after each stroke!).
