In Wales (and in other parts of the UK I think), we have a book called the 'Yellow Pages' In there you can find all the answers to lifes questions. The expression used to be "Let your fingers do the walking"

In much the same way Dwayne "Lets his Rowing do the talking" - Well done mateo!

Phil T,

Your right mate, in the scheme of things the fracture is meaningless, its also great news that your ligaments are still attached to your body - I think their quite important. I just wanted to ask - was this REALLY painful when you did it? Did it feel like your knee was on fire, and you cant even put a toe on the floor? If it did it sounds like what I did (crashed a motorbike and crushed my cartilidge) - I had seven years which started as discomfort, then aching, then pain - then I met a nice fella in morriston hospital (Mr Holt) who had a laser, a knife, and a shit load of knowledge on using them!

No I dont complain anymore - What I'm saying is, watch the knee it may get better then get worse, but if it does its easy to sort out. So you'll be okay mate.

Off now to row with Xeno (And he looked quite knackered when I previewed it earlier!)

The knee swelled up and completly engulfed the knee cap. It was nearly two weeks before I could consider putting any weight on my leg. Now the leg is locked in a brace the pain does appear to have greatly reduced.
How long ago did you do your knee? When can I realisticly expect to start doing some proper training again?

Phil
A class act, Mr. Adams.

You can access this by clicking on My Controls at the top right of the page. Then click on Edit Signature which is listed on the left.

Hope that's not too simplistic a description.
