Speedy - Yes just added it. Gave us another few metres over MAD

Would be nice to stay ahead of them this month and take 3rd. Will be a tough job though, they've got some quality rowers.

We'll all have to just knuckle down and squeeze out a few more metres each

Great job, Paul! I have to pop over to the CTC site now and see how close we are to 2nd. I'm sure I can do a bit better if I give it a rest till next week.

Last shot was at my usual drag, 117 I think. Maybe I'll mess around with that and see if it's easier with it even lighter.

Just when you think you can't do it...well then you go and put in a pb.

Speaking of Nonathlon points. When ya gonna do your lower distances???? If my calculations are correct, just doing any old time for the 500, 1k and 2k would vault you into the top 100. Get to it girl!!! The shorter distances are the easy ones (yeah right!!!).

Dwayne

I did a 5K tonight--missed my goal, but it was still a PB by about 15 secs--so I used the 500, 1K and 2K splits from it for Nonathlon. They are poopy times--low 800s but puts me at #28. I still have a marathon to do and that ought to be close to 1000 so it will dump the worst sprint and give me another 100. I'll be right behind you until all the top folks that haven't done their marathon do one.

Right around Crash B time I'll get up the courage to really do the short ones. The best time I ever did at a 2K was on Crash B day and I got so exicited watching everyone's races I ran up and did one without a warmup. It was still nothing to write home about but better than I've done in a few years!
