Sorry to hear of your injury! The team will still be here when you're ready to come back!
I'll still be here, but will not contribute as much as i would have planned. Been told by Physiotherapist not to stop working - i am instructed to work out, only on much lower stress...
Thanks tho, hope i am able to fix this ASAP.

14th today....uff da. What a thud from 11th.
Still, it is a long Challenge and there are very few meters between 11 and 14th...but enough to make us 14th. Two more canoes in the virtual waters today, so that is some good upside!

I'll still be here, but will not contribute as much as i would have planned. Been told by Physiotherapist not to stop working - i am instructed to work out, only on much lower stress...
Thanks tho, hope i am able to fix this ASAP.
Cheers,
D.
David,
We appreciate any amount of meters people can contribute. Don't beat yourself up for covering less meters than you have in the past. It is more important that you get your knee healthy, this way you can give more meters for the rest of your life. Are you familiar with the Drag factor on the erg? You can change the drag factor to make the load lighter. That might be better on your knee. Something to think about or give a try.

Hi Karyn,
yeah, moved it down from 5 (which i normally use) to 3 currently - so it's a bit easier on the knee. More problematic for me is, that i feel no pain while rowing and need to really control myself not to push hard
![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
.
Was told to really watch it not to overdo it and am limited to two workouts per week only
![Sad :-(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
. Rehab sucks.
Thanks for the support thou!
Cheers,
D.

Whoop, whoop, and Wild Bill's horses ran away with the meter carrying stagecoach! Congratulations, Wild Bill, on achieving a ONE million meter erging season! We wish you many, MANY more!!
Congratulations, Wild Bill !!!
Sorry about using the wrong Bill, but my search for a colorful Wild Bill pic came up Aces over Eights.
Interesting aside... Until looking for this picture, I don't remember knowing that Buffalo Bill and Wild Bill were friends, and did a few things together: https://centerofthewest.org/2014/12/12/ ... wild-bill/.
