Hi All,
new to Concept2 ownership. I want to do the January calorie challenge, but do not see where the Log shows your calories. I've gone ahead and logged two workouts in meters, noting my calories in the comment area.
How are calories tracked for the monthly challenges?

The monitor doesn't show you the real Calories burned, but Concept 2's approximation. It uses a calculation from other data you see. If you enter your time and distance in your log book, it will do the same calculations to determine your Calories.XFitRower wrote:Hi All,

Thanks. The second workout was a calorie row, and I had forgotten to track the distance.
