Speedy/Carla - well done on bettering your 6k times - great stuff <br /><br />I wonder whether Big G, will have a go at beating your time Speedy? Anything left in the tank if he does?<br /><br />It would be nice to hold off the might of MAD Team 2 - but they've got some big guns capable of some quick times - so I have a sneaky feeling Carla could be our trump card if she can stay niceley ahead of MAD teams Zippy - how about it Carla can you shave off another few seconds?<br /><br />Phil will get under 21 mins before the end of the month I'm sure (no pressure ) and I'm going to have another go on Christmas Eve - I might be able to shave a few more seconds off mine.<br /><br />Come on squad - one last big effort <br />

Just been looking at Bentons 6km efforts, Dwayne may be 7 sec ahead, but bentons was at 22spm, just part of normal training. <br /><br />I think he is just toying with everyone. If he had the opportunity to do an unrestricted it would be way faster

My best 2k this season has been a 6:01.<br /><br />Like I said above, I'll give it another go this weekend. Maybe shoot for a 1:36.5 pace, but I really can't see me going much faster than that at the moment.<br /><br />Thanks for the vote of confidence Pete. Makes me feel I can put my cane away.
