Keep those meters coming! Yours are worth more now that you've earned the first $2 with the 100,000 m. Next up: ANTLER LIGHTS - and they are a sight to behold!

Image Day 6 of 32....ImageImageImage

Hooboy! Starting to receive more than a few reindeer flight plans at Reindeer Central control tower - isn't it awesome?! Over 60 teammates are on the path towards earning the $2 charity donation (never worked so hard for $2 in your life!) that frees up your reindeer. Even better - realized that Concept2 has upped its contribution match to $40K this year! Good stuff.

I just "rejoined" the Luna-tics (actually, I never left, but had been in hibernation for quite a while). I rowed pretty regularly back in 2012-2014. During 2014-2015, I rowed inconsistently as my responsibilities increased at home and work. In November 2015, I moved, and my poor C2 spent almost 2 years in storage. I'm back in a better living situation now, and recently got the rower out of storage and set up. I've rowed a few times over the past couple of weeks, but just found my connecting cord over the weekend.

I was briefly nervous that in the 2 years since I last logged on, maybe the Luna-tics were less active or (I shouldn't even say it!) totally gone. I should have known better! I was so pleased to log on to the forum today and see so many familiar names! So, a big "Hi!" to everyone.

Also, my memory must not be great because I thought the holiday challenge didn't start until December! Looks like I have some catching up to do to get my pin!
Welcome back.

Image Day 7 of 32....how's it going for YOU?!!

I know. I bet you're just starting to hit your Challenge erging stride! Well, at the time of this report, 191 members of the Concept2 universe had hit the 100K Challenge Honor Board and 20 of them had advanced to infinity and beyond (200 K Honor Board). You get a good idea of how hard these folks are pushing when you realize that while $724.39 has been raised, if it were only $2 a pop...there would be 364 people who were on the 100K honor board. That means that we've got some big time achievers on the honor boards who are in search of Challenge fortune for the charities. Four of our teammates are now on the 100K boards, and 1 has made it to the coveted antler lights! Plenty of room for MANY Lunies on the Honor Boards!!

Image Day 8 of 32....you've "spent" one-quarter of the Challenge....wisely?! ImageImageImageImage

The flip side is there are STILL three-quarters' worth of OPPORTUNITY! I like the flip side!

Things are looking UP in the meter total column! We have many, MANY stars, 8 palindromes, four moons INCLUDING Image mooning us with a favorite palindrome, and several teammates have found the connections to get their meters into the team meter piggy bank. All in all, what a holiday surprise kind of day!

So. Good luck with your individual balancing acts - and keep the promises you make to yourself.
