nice to see some new names appear (and some semi regulars as well)
1 more for boat 6!! Looks like a 7 or 8 boat month if we start nagging our buddies.

Well done all

Belated thanks, Jack and Lindsay.

Taking it gently...restarted with some 2 or 3x10min @ 2'30, now doing some 30 min around 2'28, keeping HR below 140. It will be a few weeks of those to rebuild slowly. I'll make sure I squeeze in a CTC before month end though

starting gently is important I suspect Olivier - good plan - the good thing is that we can measure progress so well

Thanks Jack -- pleased considering how little sprinting stuff since April and not going really hard because been going long though in context I have been to a full 1minute @1:23 in the last year or 2. Seeing 1:20 was good - I pulled some 1:17s earlier this year so hopeful now that I get back in that territory.

FYI:
I'm not sure if this has been communicated yet, but Team Oarsome picked an unrestricted 6K for September.
We also need to think about the Indoor Rowers league and whether we can launch the High Flyers again - we need ten active participants and at least 8 per month completed
First round starts September 1 - 4 minute (then 1 mile, 6300, 5000, 1 minute, 2k, 10k and 500m)
not sure who is remaining from last year and who is keen to have a go again??
