Nice work gammo and bone..

Marius, you should find a serious coach, pete plan is to much a beginners programe, if you really build a strong aerobic base you could be really fast.

At the moment any work helps, in the longer run you have much more potential.

Even if it is summer vacation the erg is still shouting my name  Finally sub 3' on 1K, 5 sec improvement. Not the best distance to do in the morning on an empty stomach..puke Died a little bit at the end but it was expected.
I definetly feel the focus has shifted to 2K or longer.

great time Marius - only 3 faster this season 40+ - just make sure you get the verification code so that you can rank as you continue to improve.

Congrats Marius, a nice milestone that most of us will never achieve. I suspect a 3min 1000 is just beyond my potential - envious!

HM done - 1:22:55.2, which is well over a minute off my previous. Average pace 1:57.9, 25spm. Flat paced at just over 1:58, with a bit of a pick up at 3500 to go, and a reasonably fast last 1097m. Pleased. 1 hour next.

thats an awesome pace! its a very tough challenge keeping this pace for 70'ish minutes and then increase the pace towards the end.

Well done Parky you look to be in pretty good shape....so would this be of any interest to you?

On this occasion there will be large teams of 60+ Ladies, 60+ Gents and 70+ Gents. We already have eleven or more rowers committed in each category so the minimum number for a large team has been met. I just pulled an 18:58.2 5K which is a PB and my first ever sub 19 5k. Feels pretty good, though now 18:30 is taunting me...
