PM5 Paceboat
I know I can give the paceboat a speed when creating a workout, but is there anyway to assign a speed for the paceboat to be used when doing a "Just Row"?

Can't be done with "Just Row".
You can set it on any programmed workout, you can chase your previous row with the paceboat on a "re-row".

In that case it wouldn't be a "just row" ...slate wrote:I know I can give the paceboat a speed when creating a workout, but is there anyway to assign a speed for the paceboat to be used when doing a "Just Row"?

I assume JR was created as a very simple "I don't want anything fancy at all, I just want to row the durn machine."

Just Row is what happens if you simply tug the handle. It wakes up and starts counting up time and metres.Ombrax wrote:In that case it wouldn't be a "just row" ...slate wrote:I know I can give the paceboat a speed when creating a workout, but is there anyway to assign a speed for the paceboat to be used when doing a "Just Row"?

True, but I believe Ombrax just ment that chasing a paceboat is not a "just row" but sort of target workout.Citroen wrote:Just Row is what happens if you simply tug the handle. I think the just pull handle "just row" doesn't save your workout in the PM memory bank. Whereas the "just row" option from the menu selection actually stores-saves the workout in the memory.
