Thanks K2 that was very interesting. We have a trail system also .No way like yours. They had to repave it. They thought it would be a good idea to put broken glass in the pavement. Every one got a flat

Wowzer! I didn't even realize that we could see what workout number we'd completed until you posted. That's a lot of workouts in Ergland! Congratulations!

She flies through the air with the greatest of ease....and lands with a splat on the concrete driveway....roadrash from my own driveway...an impressive bruise or two and a sliced finger...whine whine. Yes, this trapezery (I figure it's kind of like strategery...you make up the word) happened early in the day. Aerie saw a bunny and she was after it before I was even halfway out of the garage. But we were attached. Or we were until I was about to land. I literally became airborne...had to put a dollar in the cuss jar. She was contrite, and the bunny lived another day. But lordy. Cement is unforgiving.

Owie. I hope this upending doesn't cause you as much grief as your knee did. Golden and bunny ... recipe for disaster.

Oh no ... trapezery. Heal well.

Leathers and helmets sounds good... Or maybe leftover sumo outfits from a half-time show.
