Hi Warnie,

I'm out at Wattle Glen, near Eltham. Give us a call on 9438-1605 if you have time when next out. Though I'll be in Queensland from 6th Jan. Langwarrin - lovely part of the world - on acreage ?

Son John's MCG membership has just come through after 17 years, worth the wait though. Tell us a bit more about cricket/tennis - my soon-to-be son-in-law is a mad keen ex cricketer from Bendigo district (Bridgewater) and I played 9 seasons of Saturday mixed in Heidelbeig District/DV comp in the 70's.

Indeed a Tough job you have !

Martin

334notout.com -- good site; I enjoyed the origin of the Ashes, which reads a little differently to the story I was told. I remember watching both the TV series and the documentary about the 'Bodyline' series when I was at school, so that section was also interesting.

I'm quite a fan of cricket. Naturally, I support England, but when England aren't playing I support the West Indies (my father's Guyanese, and when we lived in Guyana we actually lived next door to Clive Lloyd's house, I'm told -- I was 6 at the time, so didn't really take any notice).

Shouldn't you rename the site 380notout, though? I suppose you could go for 400notout, but of course Lara's not an Aussie.

I'm going to be very quiet on this forum with all this talk of cricket. Never seen the appeal of standing in front of three sticks with only a flat log to protect yourself from some mad man intent on hurling a round rock in my direction.

In school I was in the sports clique as I was in the football team, rugby team and athletics team. People assumed I'd be just as enthusiastic at cricket so when asked to join the team with the offer "are you a batsman or bowler?. My answer which pretty much sums up my cricketing prowess and interest was "Fielder!" .

Now onto rowing. My local David Lloyd's Leisure Club has just replaced all its model Cs for model Ds. I'm very pleased with this as it's going to enable me to get more scientific with the rowijng as I'll have more data to record and analyse.

One question for all your Model D'ers out there is how to I get to transfer the data from the Model D at the club to my home PC? Is it just a case of purchasing a C2 Logcard? How do I get the logcard data onto my home PC? What about heart rate data?
