(Tuesday and Thurday I'll be doing 30mins UT1, 20-22spm, 2:09 pace). Friday/Saturday: Rest Days!

Mike Croeso to the million meters club,I was at Grahams and Sues crib this week and saw pictuures of your town and car,have to get me out there.You had better get a move on with jr on the team,i got the same problem with Grumpy he is always trying to talk me into slowing down so he can catch me up. Pirate See you in Cardiff,Chris is going to bring the sign up forms for Taff Attack and you will sign or we will show your Princess the wonderful comments you made about her mum.No mates in the gym After sunday no more racing for a while,so will be able to get some serious meters in and put Bore da to the sword Taffians Should get the pattern sent of this week for the new Taff Attack racing kit,When i get the info back ill let you all know . Darren Only a little bit of white on the kit with your badge on the chest..Tidy Some good battles going on in the team ,thats what its all about I think the whole team should say a big thanks to Jasmine,she does not say much just gets on with the job. Hey Taffs! I see some great stuff happened on our team since while I was away-- great job on the hour PB, Niall, and Daren on your 6K! I'm back from Thanksgiving Holiday and feel great, so ready to hit the Holiday Challenge. Figuring on taking the days before each holiday concert and Christmas Eve off from rowing, I've got 24 days at 8334 meters each. That will be more consistant rowing than I've usually done. I'm not even sure if it's more total meters in a month than I've done before, though. But I really want to aim for that consistancy and no excuses, these are the days I'm rowing, no matter what, sort of thing. Maybe I'll even end up with some PBs along the way. It's great to be back! Hello everyone! I AM still alive - really! Not many meters from me the past 3 weeks but hopefully by next weekend I will be playing a bit of 'catch up' to try to get that 200k Holiday Challenge done. It's great to check in every so often to see that all of you are doing so great! Fantastic motivation. I can hardly wait to get back into the rowing routine. And my weary body will be happy as well! I am a mere 8km away from hitting the 1 million for this season and about 46km away from 5 million. Hope to be posting here a lot more very soon! Debra

Hey there Taffs, PC at home is acting up, so I haven't been able to post over the weekend. First - Congrats to Daren, Niall and James for the new PB's. The times just keep comin' off eh? Second - Welcome aboard Byron. Yet another State side Taff. Third - Tore Foss's marathon record has fallen. I did a 2:27:48.4 yesterday. Sorry Tore. That would make it about two and a half minutes faster than the Swiss Man's (Xeno) time (and he did it on slides). Hope all the Yank Taffs had a good Thanksgiving. I could get used to having four day weekends all the time. Speedy

It's amazing that even with the times you're posting, you're still able to post PBs. It must be a great feeling that every time you have a PB it's also a World Record!

Dwayne : well done on your marathon. Mike : well done on your half marathon. If you find the time : do a 1k and 2k , would like to see your times for those. And give Dwayne a speedy-ticket - he is going way too fast. Daren ( 6k) and Chris ( 500m ) : well done too ; Chris : the hunt is on again ( only 3870m to catch you ).

Tidy Taffs on Tour Travelled to Grahams place tonight for a 500m blast as Chris got a pb yesterday and was breathing down my neck. As usuall i had to go first and got a pb of 1.29.2. Graham was next up and got intoduced to the groan and whimper with 200m to go,and managed a time of 1.41.1 on his first ever attempt . Tops. Phil from Rogey Welcome to the team, Chippy
