One of these days I'll have to upgrade to PM3 so I can use that. It must help to keep going on those 'why am I doing this, anyway?' days.

From your nifty pace/point charts I see my 30 min is overdue for an upgrade! Pace for 10K is 2:05 and it's faster than the 30 min piece. I might not have really noticed that without the chart, thanks for the tool. I'll tackle that tomorrow, I think.

Carla

Huzzah! Besides, one would normally find that a real attempt at a shorter distance will yield a faster time than just happening to pass it during a longer row. Daren,

I know it's all been said before but right now you're on FIRE

The improvements in your times are absolutely awesome and a real inspiration to us. I really don't know how you sustain such a high SPM for a whole 10K. I'm pleased if I can maintain 28spm for that distance; 30-31 is just out of the question. Don't you feel hurried at such a rate? I can see I've got oodles to learn on technique to propel myself off the bottom of Godfried's charts

Once again, keep up the great work and you'll see those times tumble still further.

So, are we gonna get a team T-shirt made up, or what?

The last T-shirts I got printed were done by a local firm, and worked out at about £10 each. Of course, it was simpler when all the people that wanted one were in the UK, but there's always the post. =)

Could use someone like cafepress instead.

I was thinking what I would race in at BIRC, you see. The obvious choice was a Taff Attack T-shirt or vest, but there isn't one. =) At the moment I'm thinking that I might wear my cycling jersey because it's nice and bright, and might put my competition off.

Muahahaha.
