Lots doing...
Congratulations, Ken, on hitting the 2 MM mark!!!
Space pie and champagne jello shots - sounds like quite the party.
Amazing forethought there ... no mere muggle could have come up with the inspired choice of champagne jello shots.
Sounds like there's bound to be a loose banana peel. So, perhaps a protective cloak of champagne jello shots??
As for me, while I will be in no hurry to leave the party,
I think I'd like to ring in the New Year with a couple of "Between The Sheets."

"A Between the Sheets is also sometimes called A Maiden's Prayer."
Very complex cocktail; no one's rowing home, after a couple of these bad boys!
Log cards should be left with Guinan in Ten Forward for safe keeping.

All In A Day's ERG: Team Progress Thru 12.28.16
Six palindromes, a half moon, a new meter millionaire...and six others who were EVER so close to a palindrome....what a great start to the day!
For all the techie things that I enjoy, there are probably an equal number of things that fit the throwback Thursday category...and one of those is cows. No farmers in the immediate family, and a more suburban vs rural upbringing. But I had dairy immersion when I did my graduate work, and spent several summers in the production areas learning all about farm realism. So I like cows, and the dairy industry, and small farms....an industry important to many US states, including Vermont. You can see why I enjoy Pedal the Plains, which is all about learning where your food comes from, and how modern technology is increasingly employed in its production. But today's Throwback Thankfulness is milk in glass bottles that arrives on my front porch once a week, rain or shine, holiday or not...and yes, there really is a milkman.
Cheers to glass bottles!
With the January Virtual Team Challenge starting in just a few days, you might be considering some extra erging time and distance. Milk, particularly chocolate milk, is a great recovery drink post exercise. As for our Team Challenge, it's a special one (aren't they all !). It takes 100,000 m to get your canoe, and 200,000 m to get a paddle...and at 500,000 m ...well, you join the Bathtub Brigade...and, not surprisingly, we do have a million meter boat. Now's the time to plan your strategy !
