I got a brand new Model D + PM5 in July. Until yesterday, the PM5 was working correctly interfacing with the rower, ANT+ HR, ergdata on iOS. This makes it seem as if all systems are functioning (including external connectivity to rower generator and radio devices).
Yesterday the PM5 would not boot. I tried:
- booting with batteries
- booting without batteries (trying to use rower generator power only)
- Units/Display/Reset-Button
All experiments resulted in no visible response from the PM5. Are there any chances the unit isn't dead? Is there some magical diagnostic procedure I haven't read about yet?
I'm pretty bummed as this rig was purchased brand new this July.

(The PM5 appears to have been built in "2016/02".)
I'm also brand new to the world of C2. Is this sort of device unreliability expected with C2 electronics? Is C2 support pretty good about warranty support?
