I think the general public when they hear "high carb diet" immediately think bagels, donuts, pasta etc.And they wonder why they're fat.I worked part time for two years as a personal trainer and the biggest problem I had was dealing with food intake (particularly "recovery" drinks). The average person in the gym ain't working hard enough to be able to afford to eat any extra. Be curious what "high carb" was alluded to in the study. I would find it hard to believe that a high carb diet that got the carbs 100% from vegetables (organic, non-toxic veggies) would be bad for you from a health stand point.

Its pretty simple to see what we eat, everything in the shops gets eaten.
