If you try to purchase the PM5 smartphone cradle you get the message that is is no longer available, versus out of stock. Anybody know why? I was looking at the gooseneck solutions posted in this topic. Can someone(s) clarify where and how you secure it to the SkiErg?

I have the black PM5 smartphone cradle and want to use it with an iPad. Has anyone tried heating and bending it (or cutting it) to fit an iPad?

I love to watch from PM more than ErgData monitor. Using ErgData only transfer log workout.
I put tablet on the plastic chair and use little j hook for hanging c2 cable.
