It is indeed a first ever HM. Aching now but not too bad...may be a different story tomorrow!
Was hoping for just over 2hours but did it in 1.49 so am well pleased with that!

Thanks bg. I think I was just lucky tbh...I didn't really go to the gym to seriously attempt it but thought I would see how I got on. Then I had gone too far to give up! Did a steady 2.34 ish /500m because that felt quite manageable. Managed to keep my splits steady too...got a sprint on for the last split too!

Image We're in 8th !

The moon was flying high over Qatar yesterday as Ed sends us a full moon (aka a full marathon)! Way to knock out the meters, Ed! Great to see everyone making all these meter deposits in our team meter piggy bank!

MILESTONES...Bragging Rights...Celebrations:

2.9 MM Ed
1.7 MM Steve W
1.45 MM Mike C
850 K Salvador
600 K Norma
500 K E V ...a cool half million
500 K AJ ...a cool half million
450 K K2...50K shy of a cool half million!
Image 42,195 m Ed

Thanks, everyone, for rowing and ski-erging with us! You are awesome teammates!

Larry 4,014 m
David T 4,100 m
Dan O' 5,044 m
AJ 5,129 m
Jayne 6,230 m
00-Minnie 7,007 m ...a secret secret agent palindrome!
Jeff M 7,024 m
William H 7,367 m
Will S 7,501 m
Stefan 7,768 m
Mike C 7,868 m
K2 10,000 m
Taylor 12,496 m ... back from travel!
Tombeur 14,118 m
E V 15,601 m
Doug G 16,119 m
Norma 16,161 m ...my, Shaun has been busy with this palindrome!
Ron 2..3...4..5...6 ....counting up the meters!
Salvador 26,113 m
Steve W 40,233 m
Ed 42,195 m ....his collection of marathons is growing!

Keep it going, Lunies! Just a heads up, btw, that I will be handing off the stats duty to danwho after tomorrow for a few weeks. I'll be undergoing some cataract surgery during that time period so I will be taking a break. I am hoping for a good outcome. I have fussed that my vision has gone from photograph to watercolor...and while I am fortunate in the vision that I do have...one does want more clarity. That said, I am not sure what restrictions there will be on rowing...I just know there will be some. So if you don't see meters from me, that will be why.

In my prayers for a successful surgery and it corrects your vision! God speed on you recovery!!! You need to see those beautiful fall colors in Denver...

All my best - I'll add a few meters in there for yah,

Ed
