Ich versuche bei soetwas im Laufe der Einheit möglichst schneller zu werden ("negative splitting"). D.h. beim nächsten mal versuche es mit 1:50.9 in den ersten 6 Minuten und versuche dann schneller zu werden (in 0.2-er oder 0.3er-Schritten). Aber ich meinte auch Deine anderen Ergebnisse, insgesamt sehr solide Arbeit über alle Strecken! Und das innerhalb von wenigen Monaten.....
