PM5 Error
PM5 Error
I am currently at a site with seven (7) Model D/PM5 units. A few have PM5 errors that identify after every row. The common code is 46, -147. The machines fail to keep any recent rowing events in memory. The firmware version is 19, and hardware version is 340. Is it possible that a firmware update could correct this? If so, is it an easy process? I have never updated a Concept 2. Thanks in advance.

Re: PM5 Error
A firmware update should do it.
Down load the Concep2 utility program to your laptop, connect your lappy to your PM5 with a USB-A to USB-B printer cable.
Run the utility and follow the menu options.
