Previous best was 1:48.3 back in January. Really happy with the 2.5 second improvement in 7-8 months.

What's Hour Of Power? (assume that's HOP)

Is it 60mins as hard as possible or more like the cycling one popualarised by Hunter Allen where every 3 mins or so you briefly (~10s) up the pace substantially, but still try to go max for the entire session?

Ha just realised that was your post on reddit rowing too. Amazing work!

Also not sure if you post regularly on there or not but I actually find it a really good knowledgeable place - unlike many many other reddits!
