Thankyou - it's appreciated. Yes, even with current form I think a figure getting towards 8100m is possibly there, but I know I'm not quite in the shape I need to be to break my old PBs.....yet!!! Onwards...

I'm sure you can - your 30min PB looks the strongest, so I'd say update some of your others too if you have good form. Bit of healthy competition pushes us all to higher levels....

They will follow

Do weights count :D

3 weeks back into training 193kg ( 425 lbs) dead lift, no belt, no straps, no idea and in my 60th year

Quite pleased but I did feel dizzy and wobbly after completion

I blame Shawn's low carbo diet
Next time in 200kg (440lbs) no straps but belt - it went straight up- happy :D
60 Age Group PBs - 100 14 . 1 WR,1 min 387 m WR , 500 1.21.8 = WR
50 Age Group PBs 2000m 6.24

Its been awhile since I had anything to post:
6K @ 22:58.4 (does sub 23:00 mean anything :) ) .
81st percentile for my age bracket, which for this distance is just fine for me.

@runalone - nice work! sub 18 without weights before? that'd be amazing IMO...

Only weight classes  Think you are selling yourself short, and you likely have more to gain, if you give it some time.

I hope so,need to work on my power and fitness whilst staying injury free, and finding the time in a busy work schedule.

I guess we all have that challenge so I will stop moaning

Wish I was stronger in bench,i struggle with the 5 x 5 x 70 kg!!However my back is quite strong, its just knowing what to do to get the best results on limited time.
