Dog Days of Summer & Rowlympics 2016
Re: Dog Days of Summer & Rowlympics 2016
Hi together!
Does anybody know if there is a problem with uploading workouts for the Rowlympic challenge? It seems not accepting my last verified workout from August 21 2:21pm German daylight saving time. It is listed in my latest workouts but not counted for the Rowlympics...
Anybody else who has the same Problem?
Thanks.
Mat

When did the Rowlympics challenge end? Logging my times for today and they're not adding up. I'm on the East Coast and my times were logged today (Aug 21) before noon???? Help!

Same here : today's log is uploaded and accurate, but not counted in Rowlympics total.
Frustrating as i was supposed to grab silver medal with this work.

I also rowed an hour today and it didn't count for my final gold medal push. Looks like a challenge issue?

I had the same issue this morning. I completed my 15th hour and noticed that it didn't seem to be recorded, although my log is up to date. I find these challenges to be far more motivating than I would have thought, or really, would even like to admit, so it was kind of anti-climactic not to get my gold medal this morning.

Same here, from Holland. Made me cry a little as this would be my grande finale. Guess it was not...Mat wrote:Anybody else who has the same Problem?
I already filled in the 'Contact us' form on the log.concept2 website, hope they will get back to us and fix this.

Mat, yeah the same thing happened to me and at least one other person. I tweeted C2 about it, and saw someone else's tweet with the same problem. It's totalled all the previous entries up without a problem, but today's entry wasn't included in the Rowlympic total, though it did get included in the Dog Days total.Mat wrote:Hi together!

Yes, exactly same problem. Not adding 8/21 verified workout which shows in logbook. I was at 16.4 so have my diploma, stll . . . . . .? Entered EDT (CONUS).

I was "cramming" to get to the silver medal (gimme a break , it's summer), my last workout did not register.... Do you think they will address the last minute issues?

You should all send an email to rowing@concept2.com as that's more likely to get an answer than posting on here.
With most Concept2 challenges they end at midnight eastern standard time (or eastern day time in summer) on the last day of the challenge.
