Good morning, Eh Team -- I bit the bullet and jumped on the erg this am -- 7505m to add to the mix. I will wait and see how they back responds, but that darn Challenge is always good motivation. I suspect i will just motor on at my own pace rather than shoot for the 200,000 as i have in the past.

Cheers -- Jill

Great rowin' all you hosers.

Welcome aboard Jill, I am glad you could throw in some kliks. Now we can complain about our backs together, misery loves company, eh?

That was a long haul across Northern Ontario, and we still have a long way around Lake Superior. The northern boreal forest will be keepng us company for a ways to go yet.

Keep on rowin'

Jim

50K total today! In that, I also did a 10k row pro race this morning. It's the first time I've done a 10k so I guess that makes it a PB . Row Pro racing is pretty fun except that in the excitement of the race I started out too fast (and paid for it later .)
