Hi all,<br /><br />Nov 14th - 5.5km<br /><br />500m warm-up, 5000m @ 70% of WHR (2:03/500m pace)<br /><br />Oh, and I went through 1 million metres in 2005 at the weekend (just 2 weeks work for Brian )

Congrats on the million meters Rob! Are you thinking of doing a marathon sometime? When I just did mine, my heart rate was quite a bit higher then 70% of max the whole way through. So that would be a real advantage for you for the long haul!

10 k for me today.<br /><br />Good rowing everyone. <br /><br />The google earth file will not have the up to date waypoints in it for a day or 2. I have just installed some new components on my computer and my conversion program is one of the ones that got nuked, eh.<br /><br />I should be able to keep the rest of the website up to date and as soon as i ressurect GPSU4 the google earth file will be back up to date.<br /><br />Jim

November 16th - 20060 7x2000 with 3:30 rest between. 1:46.1 average splits on the work end of things. 4 sub 7 minutes. The other three were under 7:30.<br /><br />Brian<br /><br />

Good rowing everyone. It is going to be a long hauls across Northern Ontario.<br /><br />Thanks to the folks at <a href='http://www.gpsu.co.uk' target='_blank'>GPS Utility</a>, the google earth file is up and running again.<br /><br />Keep on rowin',<br /><br />
