Congrats on the new PB for the 10k Rob.

Sorry about missing Holly's row. I have added it as 1 kilometer immediately after your row. The waypoint date is marked as Nov 8 - Holly, but the sequence is with the Nov 12 rows.

Keep on rowin', hosers, we are inching across Canada.

Jim

Congrats to John on your marathon, that's a long haul! Same to you Rob on your 10K PB, that's a good improvement.

This is a little late ... but this picture is typical of some of the countryside we would have travelled through in Western Manitoba in mid July.

Anyway, many congratulations it's a great acheivement.

Jim: Thanks for updating the log with Holly's row, she'll be pleased when I tell her.

Francois: Great swimming. November 14th 24K 1:29:28 - 1:51.7 splits. Neighbours across the street had a loud party last night. Doesn't make for happy rowing at 4am.

-Brian

5k for me today so far.

One leg on the floor and one leg on the foot rest! That is a new milestone. The back seems to be slowly improving. I cant' get around without a cane or crutch yet though.

I may try some more during Monday Night Football.

Jim

Congratulations, Hosers!

We made it to Ontario on Nov 14, 2005. It was only 6 days to cross Manitoba. We have left the prairies behind now and we are heading into Canadian Shield country.

The terrain is much more rugged, eh?

It will be a long haul across Ontario, so keep those kilometers coming, everyone.

Keep on rowin',

Jim
