Jim, you just keep making it this whole thing better and better, hats off to you . Great job on the long rows Rick and Jim. I got a record today too, 35 k. I'm gearing up to try a marathon, hopefully in two to three weeks. We're getting a computer to use Row Pro with probably tomorrow. For people on the team that have it, we should go for a mellow row together some time . I recently read that Calgory is the suniest city in Canada. I think the only record the Yukon has (and I'm not sure if it is still a record?) is for the coldest temperature, at Snag Creek, -81 F, Brrrrr.

Welcome Bob, What part of New York are you in. I lived in New Jersey for a while when I was a child.

6588 meters today , It's a start!!!

This was alot easier in College!!

Bill ( the other Slater)

By the way, does anyone have any good workouts for someone trying to get back into this? Tonight I did 1 min on and 1 min rest for 29 minutes ( I didnt rest the final minute, I was too busy falling off the erg) and ended up with the above meters. I realize I've got a long road ahead!!

John, I like the idea of a row with team members. If we all did a row (you can do a max of 8 people for an online row in RowPro) we could really stack up the meters!

Darren
