I'm no lawyer, but in many legal systems, Dwayne would have cause for action against Chad -- could actually sue him and recover damages -- if Chad could not prove that Dwayne's times were truly contrived ... and there's no way he can do that. Why? Because baseless accusations like his have a negative financial impact on Dwayne's ability to earn an income and lead a life of liberty and the pursuit of happiness ... rights granted to you and I at the most basic level of our government and society.

pffffffffffffffffffffffffffff Only an American can Type this. The following quote is from http://www.urban75.com/Action/libel.html which is titled "Basic UK libel law for idiots".

"In the UK, if someone thinks that what you wrote about them is either defamatory or damaging, the onus will be entirely on you to prove that your comments are true in court. I made the same mistake the firs time I did one. The easiest way is to enter the workout in the log, then you edit it. The edit screen is where you add the V code. Then rank it and it shows up with the IND_V. I'll bet he ranked it and doesn't know how to get the V code and verification in because I was confused about it too.

It doesn't matter if you are #1 or what number you are, if you edit the workout and add the code, and then rank it, it should show up right away.

Dwayne, edit it and add the code!! And congrats on an awesome row!!!

If Dwayne has done 5:46.2 then this is excellent.

This means he should be well prepared to have a good race at Boston, although it doesn't change all the unexplained discrepanies that have occurred and remain.

I am looking forward to see the Boston 2k results in five weeks.

mpukita, for your information, I am able to contact Mr Brody. When he confirms to me that I have his authority to pass the information onto you then I will do so. I will not pass on personal information of anybody without them saying that it is acceptable to do so.

I will ask him if I can pass it on to you as you wish to talk to him, if he says yes it is ok, then I will do so.
