Thor 21,495 m
Image No Lunies on the honor board ....YET....
The above meters did put me on the big board. I have 21097 for this day and I'm on the 6th screen I think it was. How many other Lunes took the plunge?
It is hot here today, 32 CC about 88F. Tomorrow it is supposed to be a bit cooler and my sons are taking me to Canada's Wonderland. Known for it's huge roller coasters. You know the boys are going to drag the old man on the biggest one's they have. I think I'd rather go to a library but I can't say no to them. It has been some years since I've done anything like this. I do recall the last time I was there going on some wild silly thing created by man for the sheer enjoyment of torturing reasonably inosent people like myself, I was thinking, Would a cow do this? A dog? I don't think so. Yet once again I am expected to stand in a huge line up for a few minuts so called fun. Why? Because I am sure me and the boys will have a few stories to tell for years to come. Well one other reason too, I bet I will enjoy some of it once I'm there. I would rather get a tandem bike and ride with K2 but what can a dad do. haha.

Keep on rock'n folks.

Hey, I won a T-shirt for putting my location up on the 40th anniversary map. So excited. Anyone know the sizing for the shirts? Do the shirts typically fit large or small, or are they unisex sizing?

Hey, congrats, FitterMe. You could always get it on the large side and it would fit someone else I know....

Just snuck in my half marathon under the wire! Pulled a new PR of 1:30:42.3. I've had my sights set on sub 90 for a half. Getting closer!

We do love us our challenges, don't we ... !? I wasn't sure about the time and effort, but then noticed that it's a strawberry moon, or the (summer) solstice full moon, tonight. Let the crazies begin!

Hot! temps lately, I kind of already miss the spring snowstorms :) Great job Spieg on the pb, I had to break mine up yesterday. Thought the pic would at least make it seem a little cooler. :? The honor board, as many of us have noted, is not searchable. I have requested search capability for EVERY challenge honor board, yet I have to send another email each challenge and plead my case that people want to be able to do this easily. Even if it was a search by name...it would be easier than rolling through 16 pages of accomplishments (and probably missing one or more at a time). That said, I still don't see Steve W's name on the roster - so I am guessing that there is a specific refresh time where Concept2 does a refresh of data received. Thor's data was similar yesterday - showed up after the stat's update was completed.

Congratulations FitterMe on winning a shirt from Concept2's 40th anniversary map site.
I don't know any sizing information for the shirts. You could try an email to rowing@concept2.com.
Maybe, just to play it safe, you could change your nickname to FitsMeOrWeemquill...:)

Way to go to all the folks the completed the 21K plus.
Like K2's job isn't tough enough. Man! Perhaps the next challenge K2 can remind us and a number of us can send a request to C2 asking for searchable. I know I look to see if I can search each time as I love to know which Lune have completed them.

Well I made it through the day at wonder land. My neck is stiff. My right calf too although I'm not sure why the leg. Grin. One does brace oneself how ever one can when being tossed about like an old rag. It was so nice to be able to have that day with my boys. Even the weather was perfect. It was not too hot with a nice breeze to keep us cool. School wasn't out yet so there wasn't even big line ups. About 7 hours of big bad rides. Now then let's see if I can get back to rowing tomorrow.

Bike to Work Day was a big success...we had 134 riders come through our station...albeit some of the youngest ones surely weren't going to work, but everyone enjoyed chocolate milk... I think we should call it Bike to Everywhere Day...

Is it the ice or the chocolate milk that is piquing Kihei's interest?
