I've been rowing for 5+ years and recently my left glute muscle has started rolling over itself which becomes quite uncomfortable. It's never been an issue up until the last 3 months or so. Now it's happening everytime after about 15 minutes of rowing. I've tried adjusting my sitting position, but to no avail. I have not tried a cushion yet, but am curious why all of a sudden it has become an issue.
Anyone else dealt with this?
