Hi<br /><br />I've asked a local gym if they were interested in offering their members the opportunity to win a free test row on water. The response was positive.<br /><br />My idea was to have a sheet for 500m and 5000m set up by the ergs and let those who wish write their times and names there using the honor system. <br /><br />When spring comes in a few months, the top 4 (or similar) in each distance will get a free rowing introduction. <br /><br />Instead of making the sheets and writing some good to know information myself, I was wondering if there was anything like this publicly available already?
