Sir P -- aren't you staying with Flack before Crash Bs?

I've just had a vision of the two of you working out side by side in his exercise room, not actually talking to each other but racing on RowPro

Roy actually looked pretty good. Ask him about 120-block strolls in a city that has hills.

He should be back in London today, mefinks.

Carole - The one at 2:00 is just a warm up go, would like to think I could get a 1:55 done when I do the proper one, might be a struggle though
