to be honest, there's not much difference between 12k and an hour for me. i don't mind what gets chosen really. it's good to have different stuff in all the challenges to keep your training mixed up. otherwise i could find myself just chugging away at metres (for the fm) and forgetting how to go fast (birkyboy syndrome)<br />jane

I suffer the opposite. I race myself every training session and forget how to take easy days... I'm worn down to nothing almost.

Told them I was here to see Alan Shearer's knee doctor. I assume there is a more 'formal' etiquette here?<br /><!--QuoteBegin--><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><div class='genmed'><b>QUOTE</b></div></td></tr><tr><td class='quote'><!--QuoteEBegin-->How the h3ll </td></tr></table>

I can't go to the gym on Friday at all (Debs is working from 07:00 to 14:00, then out in the evening). So tomorrow is 24640 in one session. (I'll do that as 4*6200 with 4:00r). I'll probably drive to the gym.
