Well Citroen had a 1k of 3:25 and a 2k of 6:59.

My best 1k was 3:27 (a few weeks ago) so I think i'll shoot for 7:01ish.

Wish me luck. I hate 2ks...

Citroen did a 30r20 at 1:55.9 - I've done a 6:55.6 2k and I couldn't break 2:00.4 for a 30r20 to save my life - is very hard to generalise.

I realize that its impossible to generalize these table times, but you can try and take what you can get out of them.

BTW, my 2k yesterday, 7:03.4, so right around there.

Good effort - might be a couple more seconds to take off your 1k now . . . :)

There might be a couple more, but I just might take a break from testing for a bit and enjoy the water before I find out.
