in 20 year plus in fitness I have yet to find a piece of equipment like the concept2. Its prob the best exercise equipment ever made. The down fall: On the era of electronics and social networking it's users interaction were handed out to a terrible 3rd party company. C2 costumer service is second to none, while at digital rowing is impossible to talk to someone over the phone. So many unresolved issues on a fairly simple platform... good software engineers could do much better, Its time for Concept2 to develop their own software that matches the state of art equipment!! as for digital rowing, Just quit please!!
