I could be interested. I see you are in the same time zone as I am, are you near Chicago?<br /><br />I would like to hear some comments from those who have used the Dyno as to its value for exercise. I think the concept is using opposing muscles to the erg, is that correct? If I already have O-barbells and dumbbells how badly do I need one of these?
