New to this and looking for a team/motivation

Post by Fiona » March 30th, 2016, 1:05 pm

Hi there ....
I am wondering how this all works. I have recently started back rowing at the gym I belong to. The rowers are rarely used so it feels like they are my own - lol. Anyhow looking to join a group for additional motivation and support. I generally do a 30 minute session and average about 5500m - not breaking any records here but its a good solid 30 minutes at a relatively even pace.Anyhow thanks. Fiona

You should probably look at http://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=7369 or http://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=7357 and pick the one that matches your desires and aspirations.
