61 rate? That would make a hamster jealous.

Max watts low pull (disregard if not interested in sprints )
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MAXbmoLAUho
Followed this with high box squat @ 405lbs 10 sets of 10 reps (felt easy)
Training is coming along nicely- this was done carb depleted!

Doc, makes one wonder why not high power as opposed to low pull!

Re: New Personal Best! Brag About That New Pb!
I did a 2k TT today.
I've missed my mark by 1.5s.
4x1000 and 8x500 were giving me that prediction anyway. My lungs were hurting a lot. I wanted to cry around the last 700m. Plan was to rate higher towards the end, but I was really spent.
Next target is 6:59.
Here's an info-graphic:

Only a PB on account of it being the only 5k I've done thus far. 21:14.1 is not bad, IMO, considering how lousy I feel right now (getting a cold or something).
I was shooting for 20:50, with ~2:05 splits throughout, and guesstimating beforehand that it would likely be somewhere between that and 21:40.

Thanks all.
I just do a lot of SS every week and 1 AT workout. Seems to be a good system so far. In college I would've never imagined I could go sub 1:45 for 10k, but that's what a good training plan will do!

Knock another .6 off my 500 time with a 1:23.4 at 44SPM. I was under 1:23 till 50 left but the legs were toast and could only finish with 1:27-8s.

Nice PR's everyone! Armando, since I'm heading in your direction (not the speed! but the approach) what kind of volume are you logging and at what pace? Do you track your heart rate?
