I signed up for the team challenge... output will be a little lower since I have started weight training again and end the workout with a row, but rowed meters are a step in the right direction, right?

For some reason, I'm absolutely POOPED from switch to daylights savings. My internal clock was screaming 4:15 am WTF this morning. My lunchtime row woke me up a bit. I still need to hop back on the rower at home tonight after work to top myself off to 10K for the March Madness. I won't be setting any personal bests on speed

All or most of my miles are running. Running on the treadmill and then rowing is good, running outside and rowing after is quite a bit tougher. Looks to be a little colder this weekend so I am thinking of trying to get a longer row in, got some catching up to do to get to 100k.
