I had a big night last night, but I mangaed a few k's today. I even
managed a PB 5k

We received our quartely box of red wine from Readers Digest and a
wine tasting ensued. (not sure of the correct spelling - I normally
rely on MS Word to sort it out for me.)

I had to keep an eye on the heart monitor. I'd hate the old ticker to
seize up on me.

Cheers

Tom
Checked my settings...no idea?

Came 3/4 of the way down the pack in todays 8k national outrigger titles, got a good 4footer at the 6km mark and rounded up 3 guys in front of me...losing 6kg on the erg has held me in good stead on the water!

47 competitors in the race!

Well done, what was the drag factor you used on your outrigger - lipstick or mascara

Over the last few weeks my stroke rate has drooped from 24spm to 18 or 19spm for the same 500m splits.

Is there any advantage or disadvantege in rowing at a slower stroke rate or should stroke rate be coupled to the distance you are rowing at the time.

I guess my power has increased, but my lung capacity is lagging behind.

Cheers

Tom

Are drooping and coupling actually compatible?
Anyway 18spm sounds terrific-really strong.How do you do it,Tom?
