Carla, you since this forum doesn't offer the opportunity to upload an image to their board, you need to have the photo on some web site or server. In your post, type the the address of the image (right click where it is and check "properties" to get the url/address for the image) and put the image codes around it:

Code: Select all

This one yields this:

Let me know if you need more.

Carla,

If you email me the photo, I'll get it posted on the Web. If I can get my access to the Taff Attack website sorted too, I'll add it to your Bio page too! B)

Well I'm getting there I beat my target of 43.30 The only think that kept me going was the thought that I had to get my body into shape in case we do have a pageant
Now I had better go and entertain the children

MrsT - fantastic - small steps, there's plenty of time left in the month

Boat III is rocking today as I just did my 3rd 10K of the month with a 3rd PB

41:45.3

I also have to entertain the children - spooky it's like mirrorworld or some such thing

Godfried - faster by about 10 seconds today and the pace was much more even. Heart rate peaked much lower too which is good

Good rowing everyone

Ok, finally got it. It's sort of pixillated for some reason.

This is going to be one helluva pageant!!!

You're looking very athletic and, dare I say it, graceful with it too!!
Nice one Carla, I love it!!!

We're definitely the best looking team around, without doubt!!
I've got a great photo from SLIRC of Chippy  , Chris  , Dougie and me in our Taff kits and it's a great photo (even if I do say so myself!). I'll post it tonight when I get back to my flat.

We just need a bit of a roll call from the other AIO owners (Phil? Paul B? Not sure whether Wilko's got one?)

Carla, you look awesome in the AIO! And very strong! I'd love to have leg definition like that. You're going to do us proud at CRASH-B. I really think you are going to medal there, you know. Your times just keep getting faster and there's a whole year for training between now and then. Even if you take some time out in the summer to cycle, I think there's good carry-over between the sports. Lots of quads.

Anyway, glad you posted them - I've print-outs of all the Taff pics that I've come across, but I bet my husband was starting to wonder about my photo collection of men in lycra. He'll be glad to see there's other girls on the team too! :)

Nice, Helen! That's coming down fast. I have to agree with Brendo that we'll see sub 42 from you soon.

Just because Oarsome can't find a logo they like, let alone an AIO design. They're just jealous of the best dressed indoor rowing team.

Keep posting those photos.

Awsome pics Carla. I'll say ditto with what Niall said on the graceful thing too.

Does this mean that we're all expected to submit photos in our AIOs?

Here's another one to add to your collection Krysta.
